JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or Equivalent) with matriculation exemption
  • 2-3 years working experience as a receptionist or Office Administrator
  • 1 years working experience in MS Office, particularly Word & MS Excel
  • Valid Driver’s Licence

  • Updating Templates / Intranet / Staff Details
  • Capture Data / Transcribe Minutes / Create Presentations / Conduct Research
  • Supplier Quotations & Order Processing, Chasing, Checking, Clearing, Receipt
  • Quotes & Services / Maintenance e.g. Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Water Dispensers & Water Filters
  • Ordering & Stock-Take – Office Supplies / Stationery / Consumables / Equipment
Admin Support
  • Assist Admin Team – Travel & Administration
  • General Admin Support – Approved by Head of Administration
